DELAND, FL – The Daytona Beach ThunderBirds Dance Team made an appearance at Stetson University to help “Pack the House Pink”, an event designed to raise Breast Cancer awareness. The event preceded a Women’s basketball game between the Stetson Lady Hatters and the University of South Carolina Upstate Spartans on Monday, February 11th. The event, located at the Edmunds Center at Stetson University, was part of “Think Pink,” a partnership between the Susan G. Komen Foundation and the Woman’s Basketball Coaches Association aimed to both raise awareness of beast cancer and gather monetary support to help fight the disease. ...click here to read more
