DAYTONA BEACH, Fla. – The Daytona Beach Thunder will honor the memory of Mayor Yvonne Scarlett-Golden during its 2007 World Indoor Football League season. A golden decal with the initials "YSG" will be placed on the back of the Thunder’s helmet in tribute of the late mayor, who passed away in December. A brief tribute will be presented at the Thunder’s home opener Sunday, February 11 in the Ocean Center against the Augusta Spartans.
